Registration (For Authors and Non-authors)
Conference registrations include the registration packet, access to technical sessions, exhibits, competitions, Welcome Reception, Awards Luncheon, Conference Banquet, Farewell Party, coffee breaks, and the conference e-proceedings. Workshop and tutorial registrations include only access to workshops and tutorials, and the coffee breaks during the workshops and tutorials, on Monday November 4 and Friday November 8.It is possible to register for workshops and tutorials without registering for the conference.
"Early" registration ends on August 20, 2019. "Regular" registration rates apply from August 21 till October 25, 2019, and "Onsite" rates from October 26 to November 8, 2019.
Registration for IROS 2019 is now open at PaperCept. All fees are listed in USD. For inquiries about IROS 2019 registration, please contact [email protected].
For authors of multiple papers:
• Student registrations may submit one paper.
• IEEE/RSJ/SICE member and nonmember registrations may submit two papers.
*For student registrations, please present your student ID or other supporting documents at the registration desk.

If you would like to pay the registration fee via bank transfer, please note that you need to pay exact amount and cover all the bank charges. It takes several days for the bank to receive the payment, therefore, we can only confirm your registration once the payment is received. It is recommended that the registration fee to be paid by credit card.
Invitation Letter
Participants may need invitation letters for VISA application. For authors, please login in the final paper submission link at http://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl. In the workspace, click on the last column which will open a menu, from where you can download the acceptance letter. For non-authors, please send your registration confirmation to [email protected] to request the letter.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat in writing to [email protected].
- Refunds will be made if cancellation of the conference registration occurs by August 20, 2019, with administration cost of US$200. For cancellation of the workshops and tutorials registration by August 20, 2019, a full refund less US$100 to cover the administration cost will be made.
- No refunds will be made after August 20, 2019 or for no shows.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
